TOTAL SHOT TRANSFORMATION

Players will be given workouts for foundational and advanced shot types, with each shot type going through a specific progression to enhance your technique, power and accuracy.

HOW IT WORKS
Players will choose a specific shot type to focus on for a 6-week training cycle.
Each training cycle will contain 5 on-demand shooting workouts per week with guided technical instruction along the way.
​
This will allow for proper repetition and a specific, targeted focus for your training.
​
These workouts can be done either at-home or on the ice, whichever is your personal preference.
​
After each 6-week training cycle, players can then progress to a new shot type and a new training cycle.
​
The program is delivered as a monthly membership and you can cancel at anytime.
